The Oil Eater is oleophilic (loves oils) and is fire retardant (relieves insurance problems). The Oil Eater can be used more than once and floats on water to absorb oils. Sweeping speeds up absorption and controls dust while sweeping dirty and dusty areas. It is excellent for road spills. The Oil Eater is non-combustible.

The water passes through and leaves the oil inside. Booms of any size or length can be supplied.

Two types of blankets are available: an absorbent blanket which absorbs water and oil and a floatation blanket which absorbs no water and only oil.
